| GADD. MODEL SURVIVES 32 FEET FALL OUT OF HER THIRD FLOOR WINDOW - WITH JUST A BROKEN ARM. |
| WHEN Amy Gadd fell a staggering 32 FEET from a third floor window - it should have meant a certain death.
But amazingly Miss Gadd, 21, survived the unbelievable fall onto concrete below, only thanks to partially landing on a small holly bush.
Miss Gadd escaped with just a broken arm - and doctors say if she hadn’t landed on the bush the fall would have certainly killed her.
Miss Gadd, a model, said: ‘I cannot believe that I managed to survive such a terrible fall. I fell 32 feet backwards out of my flat window.
‘The doctors told me that I’m extremely lucky to be alive, and I know that I am. I’ve escaped with just a broken arm. It is remarkable.’ |

| MICHELLE ARTHUR I LOST 11 STONE THANKS TO AN ENGAGEMENT RING |
| It was such a special moment. I slipped my engagement ring onto my fourth finger and smiled at my husband John.
But it wasn’t at the start of our romance - we had already been married 13 years. and I’d waited all that time to wear the special diamond ring.
For one simple reason - I’d been too fat all those years to wear it. It had been handed to me by my nan before she died, but I could never get it on my finger.
Instead for more than a decade it had lain in my jewellery box, and all I could do was to look at it from time to time, wishing that it would fit on my finger.
But now after losing 11 stone - I can finally wear the ring with pride, just like my nan wanted me to all those years ago. |

| WEST. THE BRAVE TWINS WHO HAVE HAVE HAD TO HAVE THEIR LEGS BROKEN TO WALK AGAIN. |
| THESE are the twins who had to make a brave decision to have both their legs BROKEN.
Georgie and Sophie, 15, were born with a rare form of rickets which meant that both their legs were bowed.
But they made the bravest decision of all - to have their legs broken to straighten them, so that they could finally stand tall.
The twins had their operations in December where surgeons had to break their legs in three places - and now have to spend six months with metal frames around their legs to encourage the bones to grow straight.
Since the operation Georgie has grown an inch taller - and her twin Sophie has shot up an amazing three inches. |

| PHINEAS FRIENDS. |
| ‘Phineas was lying on a bed hooked up to drips and tubes while teams of medics were working on him,’ says Michael, 42. ‘I asked the doctor whether he was going to die; he paused for a really long time before answering, in a noncommittal way, that he didn’t think so. That was when I realised there was the possibility we could lose him and I broke down.’
